We ask for consideration when changing or cancelling your appointment. We are a busy Clinic that is constantly running out of appointments and giving us notice enables the booking to be offered to another Client. We therefore require 24 hours notice for both cancellation and appointment changes. Unless the required time is given the full charge of your booked treatment is applied.
We are recognised by most Insurance Companies but require all details and payment authorisation prior to commencing a course of treatment. A receipt of payment can be issued for you to claim back your costs. Many private health care companies require a GP referral in advance. Please check with your provider?
We are happy to treat children in the Clinic. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an Parent/ Guardian during treatment.
